Friendly Group Sessions
Please Email heroesmassage@gmail.com and explain your interest, location and availability and when we have enough people together for Summer Group Fitness I will organise a time and day that we can all meet up. The area can vary but any open field is suitable.
'Outdoors Group Sessions' for a bit of motivation and structure! We all know how hard it is to 'sort yourself out' sometimes!!! You will not be disappointed, maybe hot and sweaty and hungry, but not dissapointed!!
