Please email two days before you would like to cancel an appointment. 48 hours is good. There will be a half the price of your entire booking charge if the cancellation is after this period of time and has been booked for at least a week or two. Please do not book if you have a cold or flu, or are coming down with something. We can always reschedule.

Anybody who is perceived as drunk, rude or abusive will not be receiving a massage.
