 OPTION 1 SPORTS MASSAGE

 

1.) Postural Allignment Assessment looking at muscles and skin creases, ascertaining area's of imbalance in order to prepare for massage

CHOICE OF TWO OF THE FOLLOWING IN 1 hour session..

2.) Focul point shoulders and chest (TOO MUCH POLING /SKI TOURING/Too much cycing in awkward position)

2i.) Focul point back, lower and front of legs. CLASSIC SKIERS MASSAGE

2ii.) Focul point upper back (TOO MUCH CYCLING)

2iii.) Focul point mid back (TOO MUCH YOGA AND PILATES)

2iv.) Focul point head ( TOO MUCH STRESS and screen watchinng)

2vi.) Focul point legs (TOO MUCH CYLCLING.SKIING)

2vii.) Focul point arms and hands ( TOO MUCH CHILDCARE and BUILDING)

2viii.) Focul point bottom and hips ( TOO MUCH SITTING or WORRYING OR Too many SQUATS!) 

2ix.) Focul point feet and calves (Everbody needs a bit of foot love)

2.) Performance of limb tests to see where there is limited range of movement. (Before and after range)

3.)Palpation of muscles to ascertain areas of tight/weakness.

4.) Combination of Trigger point and effleurage. 

5.) Position of massage to either be sitting up or lying on your side. 

6.) NB: Areas that do not need treating are not treated.

7. ) After care provided. Personal training and self help strengthening areas pin pointed aswell as Whole body approach!

OPTION 2 HOLISTIC SWEDISH MASSAGE

1.) All over body massage covering as much of the body as possible. 

2.) assessing areas of tightness and working on them or saving them for later. 

3.) SHHHHHHhhhhh NO TALKING
